Warranty Claims and Registration
Warranty claims must be handled directly between the Retailer and Shock Doc and need to be communicated as such by the Wholesale Distributor.
The moment the unit is sold to a Retail Outlet, the invoice from the Wholesale Distributor needs to be faxed to Shock Doc's Sales Representative in order for Shock Doc to register the Activation of the Warranty. The Shock Doc representative will then confirm the activation of the warranty and fax a certificate to the Retailer which he needs to keep as a record. The Retailer should be offered the extended warranty immediately, and, should he be interested, the transaction will be concluded between Shock Doc and the Retailer.
Should there be a claim, a warranty claim needs to be registered via fax to the Shock Doc Sales office by the Retailer, abd a warranty Claim Form (available from the Sales Office, or download
here) needs to be completed.
See
here for contact details.
Once the warranty is registered and confirmed, the unit, together with the warranty number, must be sent via courier, at the Retailer's cost, to our manufacturers near Brits, outside Pretoria:
